First, download the game from the Downloads page. Then sign up for a Master Account at the User Panel and don’t forget to create an in-game account. Your Master Account is not your in-game account!

How do I start playing?
When will the server be wiped?
Short answer — never. At the end of the season, our seasonal servers are merged into the main one.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Please join our Discord server and open a support ticket.
Is this a custom server?
While we offer some features not found in legacy Interlude clients, you should consider us a non-custom server. You can find full details on the Server Features page.
What is the server location? Can I speak my native language?
Our server is located in Europe. Please use English in public Discord channels. In-game, you're free to speak any language you like.
I can't log in to my character anymore — how do I fix it?
Log in to the User Panel and try the "Repair" function — it will teleport your character to Giran Town. If that doesn't help, join our Discord and open a support ticket. We'll get back to you ASAP.
Is dualboxing allowed?
Yes, but only one additional game window is allowed. That means you can run a maximum of 2 game instances (1+1). Going beyond this limit will result in an immediate ban of all involved accounts.
Do you allow botting on your server?
No. The use of bots, automation tools, or clickers is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban.
